We are located just north of San Pedro, right on the beach, a 15-minute boat ride or bicycle or golf cart ride to town.
Our resort sits on a white sandy Caribbean beach, just steps from water's edge, with lounges and hammocks and generally calm waters and a sandy bottom. We have a world-class fresh-water swimming pool with a lap area, hot tub and swim-up and sit-down pool bar; a fleet of rental bicycles; complimentary kayaks; a beach volleyball court, basketball court and private tennis court, all for free play; a private dock w/activities center, for guest pickups by guides, and from which to swim in protected Caribbean waters; a shop for necessities; phones and safe deposit boxes in each unit; laundry facilities, both valet and coin-operated; and knowledgeable on-site staff to arrange all excursions, including Mayan ruins explorations, cave tubing, fishing, snorkeling and day or night dive trips with experienced, certified guidemasters. We also have a highly-regarded, full-service, three-meals-a-day, drink-specials-every-day restaurant/lounge called The Upper Deck, with dramatic, 360-degree views of the Caribbean and island lagoon. You can also cook in if you like, in your fully-equipped kitchen, shopping at San Pedro supermarkets, or ordering provisions to be delivered to your unit. Golf cart rentals are also available on site.
Our accommodations are spacious, quality units, with fully-equipped kitchens, including a full-sized refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, plates, glasses, a microwave oven, coffee maker and blender. They are fully air-conditioned and nicely furnished, including all linens. Beach-level units have a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable full-sized sleeper couch in the spacious living room. Upper units have those, plus another sleeper couch on the loft. Many folks prefer a loft unit just for its elevated view of the Caribbean. Upper and lower units can also be connected via an interior door, an up/down townhouse feeling very appealing to families and couples traveling together who want easy sociability as well as privacy when that is the need. All of our units provide a dramatic view of the Caribbean and offshore barrier reef and/or of our very esthetic pool environment. All also have private terraces facing the sea, 60-channel cable TV, and there is housekeeping service every day except Sunday.
We do followup inquiries with our guests -- singles, couples, honeymooners and family groups -- and, rather incredibly for the resort industry, we have received not a single
negative comment over the past half-dozen years. You'll find some of their feedback on our website, along with the reviews of many of our past guests who have volunteered their comments on TripAdvisor.com. Importantly, we have our own powerboat and crew, for complimentary pickups on arrival day (and return on departure day). Water-taxis take our guests back and forth to San Pedro during the day -- it's a fun 15-minute ride to the center of Town. Thus you would have quiet and privacy when you want it, as well as easy access to the many pleasures of San Pedro whenever you seek it. We provide considerable emailed information to our guests after they book with us, to help them prepare for their trip and optimize their time on the island. We also book the 15-minute connecting flights for our guests ($120 roundtrip) from Belize International to San Pedro on the island; again, we meet our guests there and, at our cost, bring them to the resort on our own boat. We welcome guests right at our dock, help with their luggage and escort them to their unit.
